• If you are not completely satisfied with the Youthology 90 Second Wrinkle Removing Eye Serum®, return the unused supply within 30 days of delivery of your initial 30-day supply of Youthology 90 Second Wrinkle Removing Eye Serum® for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and processing). Please refer to "How to Return Your Order" for return instructions.
• About 40 days after your first order has shipped, you'll automatically be shipped a new 90-day supply of Youthology 90 Second Wrinkle Removing Eye Serum®. You'll be billed only $39.99 for the first 30 day supply plus $9.99 shipping and processing when it is shipped. You will then be billed two more low monthly payments of $39.99 for the other two 30-day supply click pens in the 90-day Preferred Customer Auto-Shipment, billed to the same account you used to place your initial order. You will continue to receive a new 90-day supply every 3 months thereafter billed monthly as explained above, to the same account you used to place your initial order unless you call to cancel
• If you would like to reschedule or cancel the Preferred Customer Monthly Auto-shipments, please call customer service at 1-866-YOUTH90 (1-866-968-8490) and no future auto-shipments will be sent.
• NOTE: No refunds will be issued for subsequent auto-shipments once they have already been shipped.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:
From the day your initial 30-day supply order is delivered, you have 30 days to try the product. If within that 30 day period you decide that Youthology is not for you, follow the directions below and you will get a full refund less shipping and processing.
1. Call our Customer Care Center
If you are not satisfied with the Youthology 90 Second Wrinkle Removing Eye Serum® for any reason within the first 30 days of delivery of your initial order, call our Customer Care Center at 866-YOUTH-90 (866-968-8490). In order to receive a refund you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Care Center to ensure your refund is credited to the correct account. This Return Authorization Number will be given to you by one of our helpful specialists and will be valid for seven (7) days. Credit will not be given for incomplete items or for items without a valid Return Authorization Number.
2. Return the Unused Portion
Within seven (7) days of obtaining your Return Authorization Number, return the unused portion of the Youthology 90 Second Wrinkle Removing Eye Serum® click pen.
To ensure your package arrives undamaged, please pack the item in the original packaging and include all accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and processing). If you do not have the original packaging please make sure it is packaged well so as not to damage the products.
To receive the fastest credit possible, please use the "Return Label" on the front of the invoice. Attach the "Return Label" to the front of your package. Make sure the Return Authorization Number is written clearly on the package.
5. Insure Your Package
We encourage you to protect yourself against loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a delivery service that can be tracked such as USPS priority mail, UPS, or Fed Ex. The return must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save your proof of shipping and proof of insurance for your records. We regret that we cannot issue a credit or refund for any item damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO US.
For all valid and complete returns, credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. Youthology Research Institute, LLC will issue a refund check the same day we process your return for any items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Refunds are for complete purchase price but do not include shipping and processing.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN, AND UP TO 30 DAYS FOR REFUNDS.
